It receives an entire chapter titled "The Power of The Mastermind".

Mr. Hill defines the Mastermind as

"The coordination of knowledge and effort in a spirit of harmony, between two or more people, for the attainment of a definite purpose"

He also goes on to say in his now famous quote

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve".

An effective Mastermind is a place where like-minded achievers come to brainstorm, give feedback and gain perspective from one another.
