We also have The Treasure Chest, which is a confidential Google Drive folder in which we place many of the resources we share, so they are available to the team for months or even years after. This creates a comprehensive and ever-growing library of resources that everyone can access at the press of a button.
WHATSAPP GROUP
This gives us immediate access to updates and requests, recent victories, perhaps problems or challenges we need help with, and just general connection – all in an encrypted, confidential platform. It’s an amazing resource!
At the same time there is no requirement that any team member has to use or respond to it. Some folks don’t like to send or receive messages during a busy day and you are always welcome to turn off the notifications or keep the app closed if you so choose. But it’s always there as a resource.
VIRTUAL SESSIONS
Most of our meetings take place virtually via Zoom, which as we know has become the new normal. So members can participate from all over the world - and they often do.
This call had members from 4 different states and 2 different countries
While once a quarter we have in-person dinner meetings, usually in New York City or in the surrounding area, every in-person meeting is still piped into Zoom so the members who are not in New York can participate just as easily. There is something quite special about experiencing team unity across state and even national borders.
THE SAME TEAM WITH 5 IN PERSON AND 5 VIRTUAL
This program is designed for men who are extremely busy and with many different responsibilities. So our meetings occur bi-weekly (twice a month). That gives us momentum and keeps us connected, but with enough room to breathe in between meetings so even the busiest of men can make this work with his schedule.
