This is when a particular topic, issue or outcome is inserted into the team consciousness through dialogue. Very often (but not always) this can be something someone is struggling with or does not yet have the answer to. WATCH OUR TRAININGHOT SEAT SESSIONS
This is when we give an individual team member the sole, directed focus of the team. The team members look forward to and enjoy this focus, and they are always treated respectfully. But they are often challenged and at times it can be uncomfortable – and they want that! They know they will come away better for it. This is where some of the greatest learning and breakthroughs happen.
GOAL SETTING AND PLANNING
A critical part of success in any endeavor is being clear on what you want and having a game plan to make that a reality. Not simply vague, general ideas. But specific, measurable outcomes with milestones and trackable results.
Every year we plan out our goals and top outcomes for the year, in a real time goal setting workshop that Mitch walks us through. We also capture our top milestones and metrics on a team spreadsheet that we can access whenever we want in the cloud. So we can each see and be reminded of our top commitments. This allows us to provide immediate support and accountability to whomever needs it.
SUPPORT AND ACCOUNTABILITY
Even the most inspired leaders need support and accountability at times. Amongst a team of men who are already very good at keeping their word and honoring their commitments, we have the added benefit of team inspection and support around our top goals.
This can be during 1 on 1 Check-in Partner conversations or during hot seat sessions when a member has the sole focus of the team. It’s powerful! We normally rotate our check in partners quarterly to create consistency but keep things dynamic at the same time.
It takes effort and it's not always easy, but it works!

WHAT WE ARE NOT
We are NOT a networking group. This is not a place where team members come with a stack of business cards in hand waiting to give their elevator pitch or talk about what kinds of clients they are looking for. We don’t tally referral counts or pitch each other for business. That’s not what we’re about. Every member of the team already has an established business or career when they join.
We are NOT group therapy or a coffee clutch. Our collective conversation is solution based, directed and proactive in nature. There is structure and pace to our meetings, and they are kept on track by the facilitator.
